Common use of MODIFICATION OF THE SYSTEM Clause in Contracts

MODIFICATION OF THE SYSTEM. Franchisee acknowledges that from time to time hereafter Franchisor may change or modify the System presently identified by the Marks, including the adoption and use of new or modified trade names, trademarks, service marks or copyrighted materials, new computer systems, new inventory items, new merchandising techniques, new equipment or new techniques and that Franchisee will be required to accept, use and display for the purpose of this Agreement any such changes in the System as if they were part of this Agreement at the time of execution hereof. Franchisee will make such expenditures as are reasonably required by such modifications in the System. Franchisee shall not change, modify or alter the System in any way, except as directed by Franchisor.

MODIFICATION OF THE SYSTEM. Franchisee acknowledges recognizes and agrees that from time to time hereafter hereafter, Franchisor may change or modify the System presently identified by the Marks, including including, without limitation, the adoption and use of new new, different or modified trade namesproducts, trademarksservices, service marks or copyrighted materialstechniques. Upon direction of Franchisor, new computer systems, new inventory items, new merchandising techniques, new equipment or new techniques Franchisee shall immediately discontinue its use of any part of the System and that Franchisee will be required to accept, use and display for the purpose of this Agreement any such changes in additions to the System System, as if they were part of this Agreement at the time of execution hereof. Franchisee will shall make such expenditures as are reasonably required by such changes or modifications in the System. Franchisee shall not change, modify or alter the System in any way, except as directed by Franchisor.
