Common use of Modification of the Terms Clause in Contracts

Modification of the Terms. By entering into this Agreement, Seller affirms its agreement to adhere to the terms in the currently effective Masco Canada Limited Authorized Distributor Policy; Masco Canada Limited Authorized Reseller Policy; or Masco Canada Limited Authorized Retailer Policy, as applicable to Seller (the “Terms”). This Agreement supplements, amends, and is deemed incorporated into the Terms. Except as supplemented or amended pursuant to the terms and conditions in this Agreement, the Terms remain unchanged and in full force and effect as written. Unless otherwise defined herein, capitalized terms shall have the same meanings ascribed to them in the Terms.
