MODIFICATION OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. Gym Scope reserves the right to change these terms, conditions, notices and disclaimers, by providing you 30 days written notice of such changes. Within this 30 days noticed period, if you do not terminate this service agreement, or if you and Gym Scope do not come to an alternative agreement about the changes, then the changes will apply in full effect. All the rights that are not expressly stated in the Gym Scope website are reserved at the discretion of Gym Scope. Gym Scope reserves the right to reject or refuse acceptance of any fitness center registration and any content and material that it considers inappropriate or for whatever reason.
