Modification of this Section. If a registration statement under the Securities Act is hereafter filed with respect to this Warrant Agreement, Purchased Shares or the Underlying Shares, the provisions in this Warrant Agreement that would otherwise be required by this Section 4 shall be appropriately modified or eliminated.
