MODIFICATION OF. Any language in which interpretation is required in one percent or more of the Patient Visits during a Reporting Period shall be designated a St. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Primary Language for purposes of this Agreement for the next Reporting Period. No later than three months prior to the beginning of the next Reporting Period, St. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall make best efforts to comply with all obligations under this Agreement pertaining to St. Elizabeth’s Primary Languages.
