Modification or Cancellation. The ESCO shall use commercially reasonable efforts to make sure that the insurance documentation shall provide that the ESCO’s insurance policies shall be modifiable or cancelable only after written notice has been delivered by the ESCO to the University by certified or registered mail thirty (30) days in advance of such modification or cancellation. If the insurance carriers will not agree, it is the ESCO’s responsibility to provide the University with thirty (30) days advance written notice of modification or cancellation.
