Common use of Modification or Renegotiation Clause in Contracts

Modification or Renegotiation. This Master Agreement may be modified only by written agreement signed by the parties hereto, and any attempt at oral modification shall be void and of no effect. The parties agree to renegotiate the Master Agreement in the event that federal and/or state revisions of any applicable laws or regulations make changes in this Master Agreement necessary.
