Common use of Modification or Renegotiation Clause in Contracts

Modification or Renegotiation. MDFA, OSA or the Contractor may, from time to time, request changes in the scope of services of the Contractor to be performed thereunder. Such changes, which are mutually agreed upon by and between MDFA, OSA, and the Contractor, shall be included in written amendments to this Contract signed by all parties prior to the work being performed. This Contract may be modified, altered or changed only by written agreement signed by the parties hereto. The parties agree to renegotiate the Contract if federal and/or State revisions of any applicable laws or regulations make changes in this Contract necessary.
