Common use of Modification; Prior Claims Clause in Contracts

Modification; Prior Claims. This Agreement and the Stock Option Agreement set forth the entire understanding and agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, supersede all existing agreements, arrangements or understandings, whether oral or written, between them concerning such subject matter, and may be modified only by a written instrument duly executed by each party. Except as otherwise specifically provided for in this Agreement, Employee hereby agrees and acknowledges that any and all compensation, reimbursement or other obligations or liabilities of Company due to Employee prior to the effective date of this Agreement have been received and satisfied in full by Company and Employee hereby waives and releases any claims which he may have relating thereto or resulting therefrom.
