Common use of Modification Prohibited Clause in Contracts

Modification Prohibited. The Customer will not, and will ensure that the End-User does not, modify, disassemble, or decompile the Software, or any portion of it, or attempt to install or operate the Software other than on the DAF and in accordance with this DAF Purchase Agreement. The Customer will, and will cause the End-User to, respect and not remove, obliterate, or cancel from view any copyright, trademark or confidentiality notice, ▇▇▇▇, or legend appearing on any of the Software or related Documentation. Neither the Customer nor the End-User will allow access to the software via the web without the proper firewall protection and approval from DigitalGlobe.
