Modification Service. The customer runs a system that deals with procedures in case of changes. The supplier will be integrated in this system. If changes are made in a product, the customer will notify the supplier by means of notice of modification on the type and scope of the modification. The supplier will check the modification and confirm receipt and implementation in writing. Type and scope of the modification as well as the time of taking effect will be determined in the modification note. Documents that have become invalid and modification notes are quality-relevant documents. They have to be archived for a period of 15 years by both parties. If other provisions apply, the archiving period will be extended in accordance with the current guidelines. In this case, the customer will notify the supplier and inform him on the archiving period.

To the extent the Interconnection Customer wants to receive Interconnection Service, the Participating TO shall construct facilities identified in Appendices A and C that the Participating TO is responsible to construct.

  • Integration; Modification This Construction Services Agreement represents the entire understanding of District and Contractor as to those matters contained herein, and supersedes and cancels any prior oral or written understanding, promises or representations with respect to those matters covered herein, and it shall not be amended, altered or changed except by a written agreement signed by the parties hereto.
