Modification to Operations Manual. We will modify the Operations Manual at any time and from time to time, provided that no such modification shall alter your fundamental status and rights under this Agreement. Such modifications shall be effective upon delivery of written notice, or at such time thereafter as we designate. The Operations Manual is an integral part of this Agreement, including all amendments thereto, and you agree to comply with all aspects of the Operations Manual, as amended.
