Modification to Secondary Systems. Where one party seeks to modify its Secondary Systems, and this modification may affect the Secondary System of the other party (in this clause, the “affected party”), both parties must use reasonable endeavours to negotiate the required changes. However, the affected party must not unreasonably withhold its consent to or prevent the other from making modifications to its own Secondary Systems.
