Modification; Waivers. No modification, amendment or waiver of this Agreement, or any part of it, shall be valid unless in writing, signed by the Party sought to be charged therewith. No waiver of any Breach or condition of this Agreement shall be deemed to be a waiver of any subsequent Breach or condition, whether of like or different nature.
