Common use of Modification; Waivers Clause in Contracts

Modification; Waivers. This Agreement may not be amended or modified except by an agreement in writing executed by all parties to this Agreement, and no provision of this Agreement may be waived except by a waiver in writing signed by the party against whom the waiver is asserted. Any such waiver shall be a waiver only with respect to the specific instance involved and shall in no way impair the right of the party making the waiver or, unless otherwise agreed, the obligation of the other party to such party in any other respect or at any other time.
