Modifications of Receivables or Contracts. Such Seller shall not extend, amend, forgive, discharge, compromise, cancel or otherwise modify the terms of any Transferred Receivable, or amend, modify or waive any term or condition of any Contract related to the payment terms (including the manner of payment) in respect thereof, except in its capacity as a Sub-Servicer and then only to the extent the Buyer is so permitted under the Credit Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in this Section 4.03(c) shall limit the right of (i) the Buyer to modify the terms of the Transferred Receivables and Contracts in accordance with Section 5.03(c) of the Credit Agreement or (ii) the Servicer to modify the terms of the Transferred Receivables and Contracts in accordance with Section 2.01(e) of the Servicing Agreement.
