Common use of Modifications of the Management Agreement Clause in Contracts

Modifications of the Management Agreement. Consult and ----------------------------------------- advise Company with respect to modifications of any related Management Agreement including, without limitation, any proposed assignment of the Management Agreement by the applicable Hotel Manager, it being understood, however, that Consultant shall have no authority to approve any such modification or assignment on behalf of Company or the applicable Hotel owner.
