Common use of Modifications of this Agreement Clause in Contracts

Modifications of this Agreement. A modification or waiver of any provision of this Agreement will only be effective if in writing signed on behalf of each Party or its authorized agent, and a waiver will be a waiver only for the specific instance involved and will not impair the rights of the Parties making the waiver or the obligations of the other Parties to such Party in any other respect or at any other time. Notwithstanding the foregoing, no Grantor will have a right to consent to or approve a modification of this Agreement except to the extent its rights are directly affected.
