Common use of Modifications to Agreement Clause in Contracts

Modifications to Agreement. This Agreement is subject to amendment to conform with Card Association regulations, as amended from time to time. From time to time Settlor may amend any provision or provisions of this Agreement, including, without limitation, those relating to the discount rate or to other fees and charges payable by Merchant by mailing written notice to Merchant of the amendment at least 30 days prior to the effective date of the amendment, and the amendment will become effective unless Bank receives ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇'s notice of termination of this Agreement before such effective date.
