Modifications to the Service Offerings. As part of the continuing development efforts, MyScript may change or discontinue the MyScript Developer website as well as any of the Service offerings (including the Service offerings as a whole) or change or remove features or functionality of the Service offerings from time to time. We will notify Customer of any such material change to or discontinuation of the Service offerings, subject to a commercially reasonable prior notice. If possible, we will give you advance notice of any limitation or suspension, but we may take such actions without advance notice under certain circumstances, including if we believe that your use of the Service represents a security threat or involves fraud or any other illegal activities or has the effect of rendering the service unusable by other customers.
