Common use of Modifications to this Agreement Clause in Contracts

Modifications to this Agreement. ▇▇▇▇▇ may modify this Agreement from time to time. If ▇▇▇▇▇ makes any material changes to this Agreement, ▇▇▇▇▇ may notify Customer by sending an email in accordance with Section or by prominently posting notice of the changes on ▇▇▇▇▇’▇ website. Any changes to this Agreement will be effective beginning upon the effective date of any new Order, or on first day of the next Renewal Term of an existing Order. If the email address provided by Customer to ▇▇▇▇▇ is not valid, or for any reason is not capable of delivering to Customer the notice described above, ▇▇▇▇▇’▇ dispatch of the email containing such notice will nonetheless constitute effective notice of the changes described in the notice. Continued receipt of the Support Services following notice of such changes shall indicate Customer’s acknowledgement of such changes and agreement to be bound by the updated version of this Agreement.
