Modifications to this Agreement. SmartCharts reserves the right to change or modify any and all of the terms of this Agreement upon notice to Subscriber. Subscriber's use of the Services following any such change or modification constitutes Subscriber's express Agreement to be bound by this Agreement as so changed or modified.
