Common use of Modifications to this Agreement Clause in Contracts

Modifications to this Agreement. No modification, waiver, amendment or addition to any of the terms of this Agreement will be effective unless a written agreement is signed between You and the Company. If the Company elects not to enforce any provision of this Agreement, it is not a waiver of the right of the Company to enforce each and every provision in the future.
