modify Section 2.11; or Sample Clauses
modify Section 2.11; or release from the lien of any Mortgage and this Indenture (except as specifically permitted under this Indenture, the Property Management Agreement or the related Mortgage) all or any portion of the Collateral Pool. It shall not be necessary for the consent of the Noteholders under this Section to approve the particular form of any proposed supplemental indenture, but it shall be sufficient if such consent shall approve the substance thereof. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Indenture, none of the above-referenced Transaction Documents may be amended without the consent of the Property Manager, the Special Servicer or the Back-Up Manager, as applicable, if such person would be materially adversely affected by such amendment, regardless of whether any such person is a party to such agreement.
