Common use of Modules Clause in Contracts

Modules. Certain Modules (where available), as detailed in your Documentation, may be made available to you for 12 months from the Effective Date (as applicable to the relevant Module) as provided in the Documentation, in all cases, after the expiry of the 12 month period, you will be presented with different options to subscribe to the Module at the then current subscription price. We will give you reasonable notice of the price to allow you to decide if you would like to upgrade your subscription to include the Module. Should you choose to subscribe to the Module, these terms or the then current Subscription Licence shall govern your use of the Solution.
