Common use of Monetary Consideration Clause in Contracts

Monetary Consideration. (a) This clause 12.2 applies if a Supply made under, in connection with, or contemplated by this agreement is a Taxable Supply. (b) If this clause 12.2 applies, the Consideration for the Supply is increased by an additional amount equal to the amount of that Consideration multiplied by the relevant GST rate. (c) The additional amount under paragraph (b) is payable at the same time and in the same manner as any Consideration for the Supply to which the additional amount relates.
