Common use of Monetary Contribution Clause in Contracts

Monetary Contribution. (a) The Developer will pay to Council the monetary Contribution specified in the Contributions Table, being $225,000.00 increased but not decreased in accordance with the following formula: Monetary Contribution payable The CPI at the time of payment = $225,000.00 x The CPI at the date of this agreement (b) The Contribution must be paid in accordance with the timeframes specified in the Contributions Table, being: (i) 75% prior to the issue of any Construction Certificate issued with respect to the Land; and (ii) 25% prior to the issue of an Occupation Certificate or registration of a Strata Plan (the earlier of the two).
