Common use of Monetary Defaults Clause in Contracts

Monetary Defaults. Failure to pay Rent or any other monetary obligations by the first day of each month shall constitute a default under the terms of this Lease. If Lessee is in default in the payment of Rent or other monetary obligations then, at Lessor’s sole option, upon ten (10) days’ written notice, this Lease may be terminated, and Lessor may enter upon and take possession of the Premises. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ expressly authorizes Lessor to obtain a prejudgment writ of restitution in the event of default by ▇▇▇▇▇▇. This remedy is in addition to and is not exclusive of any other remedies provided either by this Lease or by law.
