Common use of Monetary Limit Clause in Contracts

Monetary Limit. This Contract shall have an annual monetary limit of $375,000.00 for a total aggregate amount of $1,500,000.00. $1,125,000.00. County shall not be responsible for any expenditure overruns and will not pay for work exceeding the monetary limit of Contract unless an Amendment is issued in accordance with Article C, Amendment of the General Terms and Conditions of this Contract.
