Common use of Monies Received Clause in Contracts

Monies Received. PURCHASER(S) has/have paid Rs. /- (Rupees Only) till the execution of this Agreement as consideration for the SAID RESIDENTIAL UNIT to PROMOTER the receipt whereof, PROMOTER does hereby acknowledge. PURCHASER(S) agrees/s to pay the balance consideration as per the Payment Schedule as mentioned in ANNEXURE “D” herewith.
