Common use of Monitoring and inspection by Third Party Inspector Clause in Contracts

Monitoring and inspection by Third Party Inspector. (a) Third Party Inspector shall monitor the implementation of the Project during the Construction Period and discharge its duties and functions substantially in accordance with the terms of reference set forth in Schedule 5 and elsewhere in this Agreement and submit periodic reports (at least once every month) in respect thereof to the Parties in the form and manner as mutually agreed and provide the Parties such additional information as they may reasonably require from time to time to fulfill their obligations hereunder.
