Common use of Monitoring of Services Clause in Contracts

Monitoring of Services. Performance of services will be monitored by the requisitioning department and/or the Purchasing Department, and evaluation reports may be filed with the Purchasing Department. Performance not meeting specifications will result in cancellation of Contract / Agreement / Purchase Order and may result in vendor being removed from the vendor list.
