Monitoring of Significance Percentage. With respect to each Distribution Date, the Trustee shall calculate the "significance percentage" (as defined in Item 1115 of Regulation AB) of each derivative instrument, if any, based on the aggregate Class Certificate Balance of the related Classes of Covered Certificates for such derivative instrument and Distribution Date (after all distributions to be made thereon on such Distribution Date) and based on the methodology provided in writing by or on behalf of Countrywide no later than the fifth Business Day preceding such Distribution
