(May be selected from but not limited to the following process) Visits to the Agent’s offices Site inspections – including monitoring office suitability Counsellor training – destination and product knowledge Review of accuracy and currency of promotional materials used Review of IIBT Brand presence within office, websites and the activities/operations of the Agent Bi-annual review Regular reports of agent activities Student interviews IIBT student and/or their parent surveys Agent surveys Analysis of enrolment performance against agreed targets
