Monitoring Use/Personal Information. The PatWorld Database Service may contain technologies that monitor, record and report to PatWorld information regarding an Authorized User’s access to and use of the PatWorld Database Service, and PatWorld may use that information for system administration purposes and to provide the PatWorld Database Service and related services to Customer, and may disclose that information to Customer and Customer’s other personnel. Customer will obtain from each Authorized User his or her informed consent to the collection, retention, use, storage, processing and disclosure of their personal information as set forth in this section 2.8(e) and as otherwise permitted by applicable law.
