(i) the Annual Rent due and payable during the period of January 1, 2015 through December 31, 2015 shall be $1,263,801.00 (based on an Annual Rent per square foot of $33.00) and the Monthly Installment of Rent due and payable shall be $105,316.75, and (ii) the Annual Rent due and payable during the period of January 1, 2016 through June 30, 2016 shall be $1,300,566.12 (based on an Annual Rent per square foot of $33.96) and the Monthly Installment of Rent due and payable shall be $108,380.51. After June 30, 2016, all Annual Rent and Monthly Installment of Rent for the Existing Premises will be paid in accordance with the rent schedule above. Monthly Installment of Rent. (a) Monthly Installment of Rent Schedule. Effective as of the Extended Term Commencement Date, the Annual Rent and Monthly Installment of Rent for the Premises payable by Tenant to Landlord during the Extended Term is as follows: Except as otherwise set forth in this Amendment, all other terms and conditions with respect to the payment of Monthly Installment of Rent, Taxes, Expenses, or any other sums due and payable by Tenant under the Lease shall remain as set forth thereunder.
Monthly Installment of Rent. As of the Original Premises Extension Date, the monthly installment of minimum guaranteed rental payable with respect to the Original Premises during the Original Premises Fourth Amendment Extended Term shall be $199,584.00. All such monthly installments of minimum guaranteed rental for the Original Premises shall be payable by Tenant in accordance with the terms of the Lease, as amended hereby.
Monthly Installment of Rent. (a) One twelfth (1/12) of the Annual Minimum Rent payable from time to time, or Fifty Two Thousand Three Hundred Ninety Six and 67/100 Dollars ($52,396.67).
(b) During the monthly option periods, the monthly rent shall be Thirty Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($30,000.00).
Monthly Installment of Rent. During the Extended Term, the Monthly Installment of Rent and Annual Rent shall be payable as follows: All such Monthly Installment of Base Rent and Annual Base Rent shall be payable by Tenant in accordance with the terms of the Lease, as amended hereby.
Monthly Installment of Rent. The initial Monthly Installment of rent rate per rentable square foot for the Premises during each Renewal Term shall equal the Prevailing Market (hereinafter defined) rate per rentable square foot for the Premises, as determined for each Renewal Term in accordance with the procedure set forth in Subsection E below.
Monthly Installment of Rent. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to pay to Landlord the Annual Rent in effect from time to time by paying the Monthly Installment of Rent then in effect on or before the first day of each full calendar month during the Term. The Monthly Installment of Rent in effect at any time shall be one-twelfth (1/12) of the Annual Rent in effect at such time. Rent for any period during the Term which is less than a full month shall be a prorated portion of the Monthly Installment of Rent based upon a thirty (30) day month. Said rent shall be paid to Landlord, without deduction or offset and without notice or demand, at the Landlord’s address, as set forth on the Reference Page, or to such other person or at such other place as Landlord may from time to time designate in writing.

Concurrently with Tenant’s execution of this Amendment, Tenant shall deliver to Landlord an amount equal to $26,091.60, representing the Monthly Installment of Rent owed with respect to the Suite 335 for the months (or applicable portion thereof) of April, May, June and July of 2007 and with respect to Suite 330 for the month of July of 2007. Tenant shall remain liable, subject to and in accordance with the terms of the Lease, for the payment of Tenant’s Proportionate Share of Expenses, Taxes and Insurance Costs with respect to the Additional Premises accruing prior to the Reduction Effective Date.
