MONTHLY LISTS. On or before the tenth of each month subsequent to the establishment of the master list, the Hospital will forward to the Association the names, addresses, classifications, and dates of employment of new Nurses and the names of Nurses who have transferred outside of the bargaining unit or who have been terminated. The monthly list also will include the telephone numbers of new hires and of Nurses transferring into the bargaining unit if the Nurse has authorized the release of her/his phone number. Authorization to release the Nurse’s phone number shall be provided through a separate question contained on the Association’s payroll deduction form.
