Monthly Minimum Thresholds. You will be responsible for maintaining a minimum monthly number of Active Employees as set forth in the Delivery Order as your applicable Minimum Threshold. If your number of Active Employees is less than the Minimum Threshold in any given month, we reserve the right to use the calculation stated in the Delivery Order for calculating your Fees.
