Common use of Monthly Noteholders’ Statement Clause in Contracts

Monthly Noteholders’ Statement. On or before the fourth Business Day prior to each Payment Date (unless otherwise agreed by the Trustee), HVF shall furnish to the Trustee a Monthly Noteholders’ Statement with respect to each Series of Notes substantially in the form provided in the applicable Series Supplement.
