Monthly Operating Report. As soon as practically available, but in any event no later than thirty (30) days after the end of each calendar month, (beginning with the calendar month ending January 31, 2025), the Borrower shall deliver to the Agent for distribution to the Lenders a Monthly Operating Report in form reasonably satisfactory to the Required Lenders (it being understood and agreed that the form provided to the Agent on or prior to the Closing Date is reasonably satisfactory to the Required Lenders).
