Common use of Monthly Payment Schedule Clause in Contracts

Monthly Payment Schedule. For the purposes of Section 1 of this Schedule 3 and subject to Clause 7.6 of this agreement, the Monthly payment of the Fee in respect of each of the Services, excluding the services carried out under the Schedule of Rates as listed in Section 7 of this Schedule 3, is as follows: provided however that the Independent Certifier is not entitled to make a Claim for payment to the extent that the Services have not been carried out for the Month in question, whether as a result of suspension under Clause 7.6 of this agreement or otherwise. The Monthly payment schedule above will be agreed in writing between the parties and updated accordingly.
