Common use of Monthly Production Reports Clause in Contracts

Monthly Production Reports. If requested by Lenders and within thirty (30) days of such request, a monthly report, in form and substance satisfactory to the Agent, indicating the next preceding month's sales volumes, sales revenues, production taxes, operating expenses and net operating income from the Oil and Gas Properties, with detail, calculations and worksheets, all in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Agent;
