Common use of Monthly Production Reports Clause in Contracts

Monthly Production Reports. Within 30 days after the end of each month, a monthly report, in form and substance satisfactory to the Agent, indicating the next preceding month's sales volume, sales revenues, production taxes, operating expense and net operating income from the Oil and Gas Properties, with detailed calculations and worksheets, all in form and substance satisfactory to Agent;

Monthly Production Reports.
