MONTHLY REPORT ON USE OF CITY EQUIPMENT. The Contractor shall furnish monthly reports with its monthly payment submissions, to the EIU, indicating the use of equipment furnished by the City. The reports must include the following information, with references to the Work Orders and may be submitted electronically: 4.31.7.1 Equipment on hand at the beginning of the month.
