Common use of Monthly Report Clause in Contracts

Monthly Report. On each Reporting Date, the Servicer will provide to the Seller, the Administrative Agent, the Backup Servicer and the Liquidity Banks, a monthly statement including a Borrowing Base calculated as of the most recent Determination Date, with respect to the related Collection Period signed by a Responsible Officer of the Servicer and the Seller and substantially in the form of Exhibit C (a “Monthly Report”).

Monthly Report. On With respect to each Reporting DateDetermination Date and the related Collection Period, the Servicer will provide to the Seller, Borrower and the Administrative Documentation Agent, on the Backup Servicer and the Liquidity Banksrelated Reporting Date, a monthly statement including (a Borrowing Base calculated as of the most recent Determination Date, with respect to the related Collection Period “Monthly Report”) signed by a Responsible Officer of the Servicer and the Seller and substantially in the form of Exhibit C (a “Monthly Report”).D.
