Monthly Salary. Monthly salary means - fixed monthly salary in cash plus any fixed monthly salary supplements (e.g., fixed shift supplements or overtime supplements) - the estimated average monthly income from commissions, profit sharing, bonuses, incentive pay or similar variable salary elements. As to salaried employees who receive a substantial part of their pay through such elements, a special agreement should be made concerning the amount of pay that will constitute the monthly salary from which the deduction shall be made.
Monthly Salary. The monthly salary shall be the quotient of the annual salary divided by 12.

Monthly Salary. An employee shall be paid 1/10 of current annual salary in respect of each month in which the employee works all prescribed school days that month.

Monthly Salary. Installments
5.3.1 All employees will receive payment in equal monthly installments (September – August).
5.3.2 Pay for changes in assignments (additions or reductions) will be made in equal installments for the months remaining in the initial assignment.
5.3.3 Employees who have additional assignments may be paid monthly for additional hours worked.
Monthly Salary. Normally, 10% of the applicable yearly salary stated in Appendices H and I will be due and payable by the last working day of each teaching month BUT this monthly salary may require an adjustment where the employee has:
*a. Been on Medical Leave of Absence after the expiry of paid sick leave, and/or *b. Been on Leave of Absence Without Pay (see Article G.21), and/or *c. Been on Leave of Absence at the cost of substitute (see Article G.21), and/or *d. Been hired in mid-month after the start of the current school year, or *e. Terminated in mid-month.
Monthly Salary the salary according to the salary scale increased by a possible personal allowance allocated in relation to a job reclassification;
Monthly Salary. The Employer shall pay salaries on a monthly basis in accordance with the salary schedule attached hereto and forming part of this Collective Agreement by dividing the annual salary by 12.
