Monthly Service Fees. Subscriber agrees to pay a monthly service fee (“Monthly Service Fee”) as provided on the LTE 4G Cellular Internet Service Activation Form and Agreement, which is incorporated herein as if stated in full. The Monthly Service Fee shall include an initial 1GB of data per billing cycle. All Monthly Service Fees subsequent to the first month shall be invoiced to the Subscriber only a monthly cycle.
