Common use of Monthly Servicing Report Clause in Contracts

Monthly Servicing Report. On the fifteenth (15th) day of each calendar month (or if such day is not a Business Day, the immediately preceding Business Day) or with such greater frequency as requested by Buyer, Seller will furnish to Buyer monthly electronic Mortgage Loan performance data, including, without limitation, a Mortgage Loan Schedule, delinquency reports, pool analytic reports and static pool reports (i.e., delinquency, foreclosure, and net charge off reports) and monthly stratification reports summarizing the characteristics of the Mortgage Loans.
