Common use of Monthly Tenancy Clause in Contracts

Monthly Tenancy. If the Tenant shall continue to occupy the premises after the expiration of the term of this lease, with the consent of the Landlord and without any further written agreement, the Tenant shall be a monthly tenant at a monthly rental equal to 120% of the monthly instalments of base rental payable on the last monthly payment date during the term of any renewal thereof, together with additional rent payable hereunder during the term hereby granted or any renewal thereof, such rental to be payable in advance on the first day of each and every month and such monthly tenancy to be on the terms and conditions and subject to all other charges and amounts payable herein set out except as to length of tenancy.

If the Tenant shall continue continues to occupy the premises Premises after the expiration of the term of this leaseTerm or any renewal period, with the consent of the Landlord and without any renewal or further written agreement, the Tenant shall will be a monthly tenant at a monthly rental equal to 120% double the monthly instalment of Base Rent payable during the last month of the monthly instalments of base rental payable on the last monthly payment date during the term of any renewal thereofTerm or immediately preceding renewal, together with additional rent payable hereunder during the term hereby granted or any renewal thereof, such rental to Additional Rent provided in this Lease. Rent will be payable in advance on the first day of each and every month of the tenancy and such the monthly tenancy to will be on the terms and conditions and subject to all other charges and amounts payable herein set out under this Lease, except as to length of tenancy.

Monthly Tenancy. If the Tenant shall continue continues to occupy the premises Premises after the expiration of the term of this leaseTerm or any renewal period, with the consent of the Landlord and without any renewal or further written agreement, the Tenant shall will be a monthly tenant at a monthly rental rate equal to 120% the monthly instalment of Basic Rent payable during the last month of the Term or immediately preceding renewal, subject to the right of either party to terminate the monthly instalments of base rental payable tenancy on the last monthly payment date during the term of any renewal thereof, together with additional rent payable hereunder during the term hereby granted or any renewal thereof, such rental to sixty (60) days prior written notice. Rent will be payable in advance on the first day of each and every month of the tenancy and such the monthly tenancy to will be on the terms and conditions and subject to all other charges and amounts payable herein set out under this Lease, except as to length of tenancy.
