Monumentation. 1. Install lot corner pins and/or monuments at locations shown on the final plat which will not have said pins and/or monuments installed at the time the final plat will be recorded at Hennepin County.
Monumentation. Subdivider shall not place monuments located in pavement areas until construction of pavement is complete. If a Record Map is filed before pavements have been constructed, the City and County Surveyor shall require the Subdivider to post a bond with the Department in an amount the City and County Surveyor determines shall guarantee that the monuments will be set. The Subdivider is required to set all monuments within two years of the City Engineer’s determination that the construction of pavement has been completed. The PLS or RCE number shall be affixed to monuments set during the survey per Section 8772 of the PLS Act. Monuments shall consist of the following alternatives as approved by the City and County Surveyor: a. A granite or concrete monument, 5 x 5 inches at the top, 9 x 9 inches at the bottom and 30 inches long. Subdivider shall place a lead plug, one inch in diameter and two inches long, in the center of the top face and the exact monument point marked with a brass nail. The Subdivider shall cap the monument with a cast-iron frame and cover, the design of which shall be approved by the City and County Surveyor. b. A surface metal disk countersunk and set flush in the surface of a concrete or rock structure of such a nature as to provide a permanent fixed and immoveable reference point. The disk shall be composed of brass, bronze, or other comparable durable metal. c. Other sufficiently durable and identifiable monument as approved by the City and County Surveyor. Where feasible, the Subdivider shall place a 1/2” x 1/4” ceramic magnet below any monument to aid in future recovery and perpetuation of the monument.

Monumentation. The Developer, through information assembled by a Professional Land Surveyor, shall provide evidence that all monuments have been set per Wis. Stat. §236.15, as amended. Only the exterior boundary monuments need be set at the time of the plat recording, with the placement of the interior monuments deferred pursuant to Wis. Stat. §236.15(1)(h), as amended, for a reasonable period of time determined by the Town Engineer in order to allow for construction of Improvements that may otherwise interfere with monumentation. If such approval is granted, the Developer shall maintain Security to include 120% of the estimated cost for future monumenting.

  • Signage (a) Tenant (and not any sublessee) and Tenant’s successors and assigns shall have the non-exclusive right to have signage (“Tenant’s Signage”) on the existing monument located in the front of the Building (the “Monument”); provided that (i) the size and location on the Monument shall be commensurate with the size and location of the signs of other tenants of the Building that lease a similar amount of space as Tenant, (ii) the materials, design and all other specifications of Tenant’s Signage will be subject to Landlord’s prior written consent, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed; and (iii) Tenant’s Signage shall comply with all applicable governmental rules and regulations. Tenant understands and agrees that, where applicable, Landlord’s designated contractor shall be used for installing Tenant’s Signage; provided that such contractor charges commercially reasonable rates for the services in question. Landlord shall be responsible for all costs incurred in connection with the design, construction, installation, maintenance and repair, compliance with laws, and removal of Tenant’s Signage and any repairs to the Building as a result of such removal. Landlord shall, at Landlord’s sole cost and expense, remove Tenant’s Signage promptly following the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease. Landlord shall bear all costs and expenses of any repairs to the Monument made necessary by the installation or removal of Tenant’s Signage. (b) Tenant and Tenant’s successors and assigns shall have the right to install signage containing Tenant’s corporate name and logo at the entrance to the Premises, subject to conformance with the Landlord’s signage reasonable criteria for the Building. (c) Landlord shall include Tenant’s and Tenant’s successors’ and assigns’ name in the main Building directory. Tenant shall promptly reimburse Landlord for the cost of any changes made to such listing at Tenant’s request.

  • Exterior Maintain common exterior areas free from debris, cigarette butts, and other trash, within ten (10) feet of entrances as well as other trash containers as necessary. Remove debris from all ash urns and damp-wipe all ash urns and trash containers.

  • Drainage Systems (1) Clear culvert inlets, outlets, and sediment catching basins. (2) Maintain waterbars, drainage dips, and other water diversion measures. (3) During active use, patrol and maintain functional drainage. (4) Repair damaged culvert ends.

  • Directory To participate in the MnDOT TGB program, a business must be certified at the time of contract execution. Certified Targeted Group Businesses are listed in the Directory of Certified Targeted Group, Economically Disadvantaged and VET Vendors. MnDOT makes no representation as to any TGB’s technical or financial ability to perform the work. Prime contractors are solely responsible for performing due diligence in hiring TGB firms. A TGB’s failure to perform the work will not be considered justification for a compensation increase or time extension.

  • Structures Airport facilities such as bridges; culverts; catch basins, inlets, retaining walls, cribbing; storm and sanitary sewer lines; water lines; underdrains; electrical ducts, manholes, handholes, lighting fixtures and bases; transformers; flexible and rigid pavements; navigational aids; buildings; vaults; and, other manmade features of the airport that may be encountered in the work and not otherwise classified herein. 10-50 SUBGRADE. The soil which forms the pavement foundation.
